A true hometown girl, Lindsay is an accomplished chef and jam maker from San Juan Capistrano. She has a flair for unique flavor combinations, but she believes the real “magic” in her culinary creations comes from the wholesome and unparalleled quality of the ingredients themselves.

Her specialty is fresh jams and compotes which are incorporated into our cake and yeast dough, elevating the taste of classic donuts and creating a bridge to new donut flavors. By limiting the sugar in her recipes, Lindsay allows the ingredients to stand front and center in every bite.
